Protecting your private information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to the website (the ‘Site”) owned and operated by Fresh Health Inc.(“Fresh Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).  This Privacy Policy explains and governs Fresh Health’s data collection and usage practices in connection with the use of the Site. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Site include and any sub domains. The Site is used to educate people about oral health.  The Site may also provide information about Fresh Health’s products and services and provide users the opportunity to receive additional information regarding our products and/or services. By using the Site and/or providing us any personal information, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.


Collection of your Personal Information

When you visit and/or use the Site, Fresh Health may collect personally identifiable information directly from you if you sign up to receive our newsletter, marketing communications, and/or product information, or if you directly contact us.  In connection with the foregoing activities, we may collect the following information:


  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your E-mail Address
  • You address if you order product from us.
  • You payment information (such as credit card or PayPal details) if you order product from us
  • Other information you may provide by filling out forms or by contacting us (such as your feedback or other communications with us).


Fresh Health may also indirectly collect certain information from you when you visit the Site as described in the Section titled “Automatically Collected Information” below.


We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. Fresh Health collects and uses your personal information to operate the Site and deliver the services and the products that you have requested. Fresh Health may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other Fresh Health products or services we may believe are of interest to you. Fresh Health does not store your payment information, it is encrypted in transit and passed on to our payment processor.

All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Fresh Health, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Usage information is used for the operation of the Site, to maintain quality of the Site, to secure the Site, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.  Note that Fresh Health tracks the use of the Site, but does not track users across third party websites.  


Typically, all technical, analytics, and Usage information is gathered by Fresh Health in anonymous form and does not identify you personally.

Security of your Personal Information

Children Under Thirteen

Fresh Health does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. Therefore, we ask you not to provide us with personal information of persons under the age of 13. If we learn that personal information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on or through the Site, then we may terminate access to the Site by such user and/or delete such information.

Fresh Health does not require you to provide any sensitive data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic, and biometric data to access or use the Site.
